pub7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and pub7 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

If you are accessing pub7 on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf, and that the individual or entity agrees to these Terms as well. pub7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at its discretion. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on this page.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use pub7, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Not be an existing registered account holder under a different username
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. pub7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold balances where terms violations are found.

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and other supporting documents as part of this process. pub7 may request additional verification at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share access to your account with any other person. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or someone else who accessed your account.

pub7 uses SSL encryption across the platform and supports OTP-based two-factor authentication as a standard security layer. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the pub7 support team immediately. pub7 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and the PHP Wallet

All transactions on pub7 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no separate platform currency — your PHP wallet balance is the balance you can bet with and withdraw from directly.

Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for any financial transactions on the platform. The use of payment methods not registered in your name is not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received
• pub7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds
• Requests made under investigation or with pending disputes may be held until resolution

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

A bet is considered confirmed and final once you receive confirmation from the platform at the accepted odds. pub7 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific circumstances such as event cancellation.

Sports betting settlements are determined by the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, pub7's internal settlement determination is final. Live in-play bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time the bet was confirmed — subsequent odds movements do not affect accepted bets.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement, the affected bet will typically be voided and the stake returned to your PHP wallet. For parlays, a voided selection is generally removed and remaining selections continue at their original odds. Specific void rules may vary by event type and are detailed in the sports section of the platform.

pub7 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregularity, rule breach, or technical error that materially affected the odds or outcome of the market.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pub7 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access platform features
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your account

pub7 monitors activity across the platform to detect breaches. Where a breach is found, pub7 may act without prior notice, including the suspension or permanent closure of the affected account and the withholding of any balance pending investigation.

7. Promotions and Bonuses

pub7 may offer promotional features, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Where promotions are active, the specific terms applicable to each promotion — including any wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and expiry conditions — will be published alongside the promotion. In the absence of published promotion-specific terms, these general Terms apply.

pub7 does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion or bonus. Any promotional offer may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at pub7's discretion. Attempting to exploit or abuse promotion mechanics is a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

pub7 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help users manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings.

pub7 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or circumstances outside pub7's control may result in temporary unavailability. pub7 will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary service interruptions.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

pub7 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, financial transactions, and platform use. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pub7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified through the platform or by email to the address on their account. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Terms and Contact
